In my role, I am currently the business focal point for Bulk Hopper Car, Bulk Hopper Truck and Dry Transfer Terminals in North America for the Packaging and Specialty Plastics business.A few of my accomplishments include:• Improved On-Time Delivery from 86% to 88% across the entire Hopper Car Fleet through transit standard improvements and routing adjustments throughout North America• Developed a monthly rail order tracking tool and process to identify railcars that needed to ship before end of month which benefits business bottom line by over $1MM USD/month• Identified a $500K USD annual improvement opportunity through Hopper Truck upcharge tracking and process standardization across the business

I am responsible for ensuring that the Site Raw Materials Warehouse is fully prepared to start-up. This includes Process Design, Contracting, Staffing, System Selection and Testing, Chemical Process Safety Reviews and whatever else is required to close every gap on a schedule that meets the requirements to support the complete site start-up and transition into sustained operations.Additionally, my team manages a contracted off-site facility that provides logistics support for all necessary Commissioning and Start-Up activities. The goal for this set of activities is to provide seamless support to the Project Teams and Contractors to ensure that complete focus is on the start-up and not on the support.
