I have been involved in logistics for 35 years. Warehousing, trucking and 3pl provider. I have also owned and ran businesses outside of the logistics industry. With my experience and business knowledge, I’m looking to continue my career as a commercial loan broker and a business consultant. My Experience:I was owner/manager in 3PL business with 30 employees at one time. We had 224,000 sqft of warehouse space and 18 power units on the road. Starting out rating freight bills and applying discounts, driving forklift and had my CDL for a brief time. I have worked with major national and international businesses over my time in the industry . Owning the business kept me involved in all phases of operations. I help Implement lease agreements and finalized all account contracts, shared feedback and data reports with team members to better our efficiency. Worked in processing our own payroll and handled all customer complaints. Worked on all daily inbounds/outbound shipments. This includes TL/LTL and smaller UPS/FedEx shipments. Implemented all software programs and set up all hardware. Managed all invoicing/receivable/payable accounts. Worked with FIFO and have experience working with AIB. The last 3 years I have been a freelance Consultant.
