-General service fleet mechanic, diagnosis and repair all forms of fork lifts and semi tractors both in a shop environment and also in the field. -Parts sourcing and ordering-shop organization and inventory level management -Adhere to safety procedures and protocols set by OSHA

-Regularly met or exceed service sales targets established by store manager (total sales of $540,000.00 (48% of total store sales) for calendar year 2005).-Managed shop technicians including scheduling of word and quality-controlling finished work product (up to 8 technicians).-Worked directly with customers in assessing word to be completed, ordering parts, work completion, calculation of charges and follow-up with customers.-Store management including opening, closing, inventory, daily balancing of proceeds on regular basis each week.-Use of business-related inventory and accounting computer technology as well as personal technology including Word, Excel, e-mail and Internet.
