I recommended and implemented changes to support contracts, to reduce cost and improve service levels. Achieved annual cost savings of over $50,000 and improved system availability through increased redundancy. Managed the expansion and upgrade of several data center and call center facilities. Managed various facility projects to renovate office space and relocate employees between different offices and buildings.
