The SolAware unit was a device that used several sensors that measured UV rays from the sun and alerted people to how much time they can be in the sun without getting burnt. Personally contributed by assembling all the electrical components needed via soldering or by hand. -Collaborated in the development of the “next gen.” model by integrating a skin tone scanner and optimizing the system to run off solar power. -Assisted in field instillation/repair, responsible for Manchester, CT unit.
