Patrick Wilder is a dynamic executive with over 20 years’ experience in psychiatric hospital and behavioral health service operations and regulatory compliance. He has a proven track record of assisting organizations in achieving operational success, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation, and improving patient care. He exhibits excellent critical thinking skills and leadership acumen.Patrick brings a breadth of knowledge and passion for patient safety. He applies a background in regulatory compliance, hospital operations, performance improvement, and risk management to this cause. As a passionate and dynamic communicator Mr. Wilder takes seriously the challenge of helping organizations face emerging compliance and quality of care demands. He thrives on the challenge of assisting executive leadership teams with creative solutions for facing those demands. Patrick has certification in Healthcare Compliance from George Washington University’s School of Public Health. In addition, he maintains a Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from the Health Care Compliance Association. In his free time Patrick is a passionate cyclist, angler and skier. Previously Patrick competed nationally for Moots Cycles as a member of their “Grass Moots” ambassador program. Patrick considers himself lucky to call Pacific Northwest his home and when not traveling he can usually be found on an undisclosed river with a fly rod in hand.
