I am an accomplished Cellular Biologist with broad drug discovery experience and expertise in managing and facilitating both large and small molecule programs from target validation, through screening and lead optimization stage-gates. As a project leader responsibilities include; 1) identification of novel targets, Immunological, Fibrotic, Inflammatory, and Respiratory disease 2) establishment of in vitro assays for the evaluation of novel Biology and characterization of candidate molecules. 3) procure and profile diseased samples for differential transcript and immune cell populations and 4) manage both internal and external business partners.
