I am a student in IT, pursuing a career in IT.I have earned my CompTIA A+ certification, which validates my skills and knowledge in hardware, software, troubleshooting, and security. I have also earned two certifications from Fortinet, a leading provider of network security solutions, demonstrating my proficiency in network security fundamentals and solutions. Since Sep 2017, I have been working as an Equipment Manager at K jett services, a company that offers a range of services in the plumbing industry and facilities maintenance. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of the equipment and facilities, as well as the satisfaction and safety of the customers and employees. I use my problem solving, communication, and creative problem solving skills to maintain and repair equipment and facilities, order and purchase new equipment and supplies, store and organize equipment and tools, keep inventory and maintain equipment records, train employees on proper equipment usage and safety, plan and oversee equipment maintenance schedules, and coordinate with other departments and outside vendors. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills. I am looking for an opportunity to apply my IT skills and knowledge to a real-world scenario, and to contribute to the security and success of an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and learning.
