Dyno testing for axles, differentials, gearboxes, and e-motors. Responsible for test setup and tear down, test monitoring, fabrication and instrumentation. Responsible for installing thermocouples, torque meters, accelerometers, and wiring Wago modules and CAN cables. Some exposure to Vector Canalyzer. Used Horiba STARS software in combination with Horiba SPARC controller for test automation.

Test technician for thermal powertrain group. Operated a JIS wind tunnel for about a year before transitioning to day shift. Duties included supporting engineers by setting up, maintaining, collecting data, and writing reports for mainly thermal cycle and pressure cycle tests. Occasionally would perform environmental tests. When writing reports I was responsible for performing Weibull analyses to determine whether samples met reliability requirements. I was also responsible for the maintenance of the machines I ran tests on. I regularly used software such as LabVIEW, Mini-Tab, Excel, and Google suite. Obtained a hi-lo and crane operator license through on site training.
