Managed 32 Customer Service Reps in handling "Platinum" accounts for Yellow Transportion. Duties included monitoring of key accounts signed off by the President of Yellow to ensure quality of product was delivered. Additional duties included root cause analysis of non conformance issues regarding service and quality of product to these specific accounts

Held various operations postions including Dock Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Sales, Management, and Cluster Management. Postions were held in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and Roswell NM. Mainly smaller operations where all functions were assigned. Valuble job knowledge learned in all aspects of the operation from linehaul to labor.
