• Performed quantity takeoffs for estimates across several sectors of the construction industry including stadium, office building, multi-use faith based facility, testing laboratory, manufacturing facility, hotel.

• Completed takeoffs and design checks by reviewing cleanroom shop drawings, door submittals, schedules, and cut sheets for design accuracy and released the correct items to the factory
• Purchased additional materials from suppliers as needed in order to complete projects
• Estimated costs of factory made items, potential project items, and additional items needed on site
• Created cost comparisons of actual factory costs from shop drawings against the estimated contract pricing to identify any contract scope changes

• Dictated the design and construction of the storefront canopies, signage, and various other subcontracts for the 700,000 SF Couchville Pike Business Center One warehouse facility in Nashville, TN
