1. Drive, lead and plan internal auditing system to in-house and overseas manufacturing facilities.2. Responsible to instill and lead 6-sigma color management and QMDEI concept. < A unique quality concept generated by SONY HQ (Quality Center) >3. Responsible to promote quality management concept, culture, services, awareness and problem solving techniques.4. Responsible to drive and lead employee suggestion scheme and committee.5. Responsible to lead new product implementation (NPI) prior mass production.6. Plan, coordinate and lead auditors (5 lead auditors) to achieve section performance indices set by SONY HQ (Quality Center).7. Provide ISO 9001 consultancy to subcontractors and lead them to achieve ISO 9001 certification.8. Monitor, measure and report customer satisfaction indices, feedback, quality performance, audit results, claim and return.9. Liaise with the process engineer to improve the process Cp/Cpk.
