Our team tests, experiments, and provides learning experiences across the entire McDonald’s system (markets, functions, suppliers, franchisees, etc.) • Spearheaded over 100 market and functional teams through experimentation, prototyping, and immersion events leading to both incremental and strategic customer & crew centric solutions.

Led data-driven initiatives and cross functional teams to drive company strategies and improve customer and crew experience. Examples include: • Developed and scaled systemized way of quantifying ‘menu complexity.’ • Consulted to Labor Strategy & facilitated in-person workshops to elevate proficiency on Labor Strategy across the system

Technically developed, innovated, & scaled frameworks, guides, and tools to help restaurants schedule and position crew members leveraging restaurant data. These tools are currently in use in over 30,000 restaurants globally.
