• Provided input to identify and execute the success factors of efficient and safe operations of eight 30 ton solid waste incinerators units and a 6 ton medical waste incinerator, by training, sorting and loading crews in the safe and efficient performance of there duties.• Evaluate service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the Field Supervisor and Site supervisor of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on “to go” scope for the solid waste incinerators. • Recommended several changes to be made which were incorporated into the solid waste incinerators work site. 100% satisfactory on all inspections conducted by the Document Control Management Agency (DCMA) for Waste Management.• Assist the Field Supervisor and Site Supervisor by providing input to identify key success factors, timing procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures for the solid waste incinerators.• Assisted in the scheduled maintenance and non routine repairs of incinerators in a timely manner.• Working knowledge of SOP’S and SOW’S for Solid Waste Management, Medical Waste, Burn Pits and O&M manuals for incinerators and support equipment.• Perform daily, weekly and monthly inspections and reports, such as Maintenance Logs, Site Performance, Waste Logs, Shift Attendance, Found Materials Reports, Fixed Assets Reports, Accountability Reports, Tool Inspections, AB Units Inspections, SCW’s Passports Inspection etc.• Supervise, oversee and communicate with Expat, TCN and SCW personnel to meet mandated job Requirements
