  Primary Responsibility- Assisting Shop Manager to achieve Shop KPI - Fulfilling Lazada online sales for whole of Sony Singapore within the specify timeframe - Filing reports for new launch during the 1st month of launch/the promotional items-Provide tailor made checklist for new colleagues and guide them work towards their confirmation, also report the progress to my Shop Manager.-Rectify online/offline POS error traced down discrepancy from online sales/retail store and report to my Assistant Shop Manager/Shop Manager.-Partner with Category Master brainstorm ideals how to better promote the product KSP, provide solutions to overcome comparisons/rejections, then share the ideals during our daily briefing session -Involve in overnight Event Area projects set up, provide inventory checklist for products in use.-Experience in setting up retail store (Sony Changi Airport T3, Sony NEX)As a Product Consultant in my years of service, I’m thrilled to have opportunity to meet customers from all walks of life, discover customer’s needs and provide solutions to them.I’m able to hands on the latest gadgets, learnt and familiar with the products.(2008-2012) Pioneer team set up Sony Changi Airport T3, achieved top 3 sales contributions. (2012-2014) Setup new NEX store in year 2012, top 3 sales contributions achiever and promoted to PC3 (2015-2020) Sony Flagship Store at Somerset 313. Leading DI team one of the key contribution for the store. I also take up new task the 1st Sony online sales platform, Lazada Singapore. Held the PIC role, in view of daily operations in the absence of Assistant Shop Manager/Shop Manager.As a PIC, I picked up new skill set e.g. create checklist/quiz for new staffs pending to products knowledge and SOP e.g. Lemon Law. Sales Data analysis and VOC/VOE then report to my ASM/SM come up with sales proposal and solutions for products/promotion comparison. I’m currently post to Bugis Junction, and continue to contribute to our team.
