Patrick is a skilled litigator with demonstrated ability to both win in the courtroom and negotiate favorable settlements outside of it. He focuses his practice on resolving complex business and real estate disputes arising from breaches of contract, commercial and real estate transactions, fraud, land use and property rights, fiduciary relations, and consumer protection law. He has also successfully handled matters concerning business and consumer bankruptcies, estates, and personal injuries.After running a successful solo practice for many years, Patrick joined Tymann, Davis & Duffy to expand his practice and utilize a team-based approach to his cases. He also practiced at Goulston & Storrs in Boston, gaining experience working on high-stakes litigation and large commercial transactions. He holds an “Advocate” designation by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.Outside of practicing law, Patrick is the captain of a men’s recreational league tennis team, still in pursuit of its first championship. He loves live music and is known to play a mean guitar, which he studied at the Berklee College of Music before attending law school.
