CurrentI worked for Service Group (Insurance & Financial Services Company specializing in dealer profit programs such as F&I products, reinsurance programs, Sales, F&I and Service Advisor sales training programs - based in Austin, Texas for 12 years. During my tenure at Service Group I promoted 6 times (I started as a Sales & F&I Training Specialist, was promoted to Service Group Academy Instructor, then Service Group District Manager of the El Paso & New Mexico markets, then District Manager of the Southeast Texas based in Houston, Texas. In 2000, I was promoted to develop and lead the Fixed Solutions division of Service Group and was later promoted to be the Executive Director of Training & Development. In 2004, I was promoted to Vice President of Marketing at Service Group.
