- Responsible for the recruitment, training, promotion and employee relations of Research Department and CGI.

- Responsible for the recruitment of financial service in the northern region, most of the clients are the top 30 public offering funds/mutual funds, insurance asset managements and a small number of securities companies;- In charge of the recruitment of a few other positions, such as the Banking Operation, the public relation manager, and the head of administration;- In charge of the communication with several Hong Kong companies, such as institutional sales positions;- Proficient in cold call, selecting suitable candidates, collecting and analyzing resumes, interviewing candidates and salary negotiation skills;- Good at maintaining close contact with HR and candidates.
