Conduct causal inference modeling and A/B testing, have delivered dozens of projects on mid-to-long term impact from new program launch, and apply data mining and econometric models to understand customer behaviors. Completed projects have impact of millions dollars and over millions of customers.

My research is about a widely applied measure of performance of predictive models in marketing campaign for over 20 years--the so-called LIFT curve, which measures the efficiency of targeting those 20% of effective sub-population. The goal of my advisor and I is to give confidence intervals/band for the LIFT curve, trying to fill the decade-long void of this widely applied but not well studied area.
