His role takes responsibility for the Cluster DRC (DRC, Cabinda, Congo Brazzaville, Rwanda, Angola, Gabon, Cameroun and Burundi). He reports to Chief Accountant.. My role consists in:• Ensure the correct recording of key transactions such as, Banks, Petty cash and Suppliers invoices.• Reviewing and updating the prepayment file• Prepare and ensure the payment of VAT, Social and wage taxes.• Every month analysis the balance of salary and loans accounts.• Ensure the reconciliation of banks, Suppliers, Cash accounts, Wage taxes and VAT.• Regularly review and update provision file to ensure OPEX appraisals that mean all provisions accounts are reconciliated every monthly closing date.• Receipt and review different documents submit for payment to ensure their approval.• Receipt Finance purchase orders copy in order to ensure proper completion.• Prepare and Submit the Debit note to be send to the Group.• Reviewing and updating fixed assets list for annual inventory.• Ensure daily petty cash inventory• Ensure the reconciliation with intercompany balanceAugust 2017- August 2020 : Responsible of RH
