Defensive practice focused on representation of tech clients like Apple and Yahoo! in non-practicing-entity litigation filed in the Eastern District of Texas. During my tenure at the firm, MoFo was named both IP Firm of the Year (Chambers, 2013) and an IP Litigation Powerhouse (BTI, 2013).

Focused on patent rights procurement, portfolio development, and counseling, as well as contentious patent office proceedings, licensing support, and IP due diligence for corporate M&A deals. Represented primarily tech and med device clients, including Apple, TiVo, and St. Jude Medical.
