Subject matter expert for F-35 pilot courseware development in the 33d Fighter Wing Academic Training Center at Eglin AFB, FL.

Managed Standardization and Evaluation program for 11 units flying 11 different aircraft. Senior flight examiner for Air Combat Command’s most diverse flying operation. Provided leadership and oversight for all Air Force check ride documentation, flight examiner upgrades, Operational Resource Management processes and Air Force Instruction compliance. Conducted inspections to ensure standardization of evaluation folders, briefing rooms and flight evaluations. Administered check rides to ensure F-15C Operational Test and Evaluation Instructor Pilots and Evaluator Pilots were qualified to conduct Air Force directed operational test missions. Over 2,500 hours flying high-performance aircraft employing the latest 4th/5th generation integration tactics, sensors and weapons.

Managed theatre safety program for the International Security Assistance Force for Afghanistan. Responsible for flight and ground safety of over 259,000 Afghan and coalition forces. Led a diverse multi-national safety staff for a 43-nation combat air operation. Provided flight safety oversight for all facets of air operations in a complex integrated civil-military saturated airspace environment being developed in conjunction with the Federal Aviation Administration and the International Civil Aviation Organization.

Managed Operational Test and Evaluation planning, execution and reporting for six different aircraft in the premier operational test organization in the Air Force. Supervised over 100 military, civilian and contractor personnel spanning three test operations and three engineering and analysis divisions. Managed a $14 million annual budget including integration testing with Air Force and joint services, including new aircraft, software, weapons and sensors. Briefed Air Force leadership on key operational test and evaluation programmatic decisions. Maintained currency as an F-15C Operational Test and Evaluation Instructor Pilot.

Managed wing safety program for 4 Groups, 17 Squadrons, and 21 Detachments with 171 aircraft and 16 different airframes. Supervised six military and civilian experts in ground, flight and weapons safety disciplines. Authored guidance on developing and implementing air and ground unit mishap programs ensuring Operational Resource Management and Personal Resource Management safety practices. Provided safety oversight for Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation test plans, test execution and test reporting. Conducted operational tests to enhance newest F-15C AESA radar, weapons and tactics development. Maintained currency as an F-15C Operational Test and Evaluation Instructor Pilot.
