In my current position I have worked in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining large systems which gather, format, and decimate customer data usage. These systems are a mix of physical servers, in datacenters across the country, and cloud servers via Openstack . Some of the tools we use to deploy and maintain this system are Terraform, git, ansible, Docker, Kafka, Openstack, MongoDB, Nginx, python, bash, and other various tools. Also, I have been leading classes, creating educational material, wikis and videos, teaching teams Linux, grafana, promethus, git, and other new tools and systems. In my prior job at Time Warner/Charter I was working in developing system deploys in OpenStack (cloud) using cloud-init, simple scripts, and Terraform. In this job I also led classes teaching teams OpenStack, Docker, Sensu, HAproxy, and Azure.
