In my current position I have worked in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining large systems which gather, format, and decimate customer data usage. These systems are a mix of physical servers, in datacenters across the country, and cloud servers via Openstack. • Utilizing Alfresco for document control, developed a system for processing, and archiving captured audio files from the call center.
