As a professional hire to IBM I had responsibility to grow the IBM Integrated Technology Services footprint throughout the Atlantic Canadian market space. Due to my successfully delivering against that mandate I was promoted into the Client Executive role.

Small organizations selling products and services into large organizations often struggle with diversification of their customer base. As the principle in Cadence Consulting Group I successfully grew clients sales and market resiliency through new client contract development.

Led a team of over 350 direct and indirect reports in the operation and management of the Canadian payment system. This included the incorporation of critical payment processing volumes contracted from several large US institutions.

I developed a public sector and enterprise client base in Atlantic Canada moving ABM into new market segments. Obtained manufacturer certifications to represent enterprise class solutions, transitioning ABM's capabilities from mid-market to enterprise.

With a new company there are numerous responsibilities that fall outside what would normally be considered typical “Sales Activities”. With IMP Solutions I was responsible for the creation of the business plans required to obtain authorizations for all principle reseller programs, including the development of a successful Federal Government program. While.

As a Client Executive with GE I successfully grew the client base to include large enterprise, federal, municipal, and provincial government agencies. With responsibility for the client’s overall relationship and experience with GE I delivered some of the largest IT projects in Atlantic Canada and Nationally while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
