Led the Propulsion Supply Chain operations team consisting of five Buyers and Material Planners supporting Merlin engines sub-assemblies.

• Owns the capital equipment procurement life cycle for over $379 million in annual spends including forecast, order, delivery, receipt, and payment (FODRP) management to ensure successful factory ramp and maintenance of Intel’s factories worldwide• Works closely with manufacturing and engineering departments to perform cost analysis and volume planning for materials, components, equipment, and services• Coordinates delivery of capital equipment with 60+ suppliers to meet aggressive schedules and leads investigation of missed deliveries to ensure that suppliers identify and resolve performance issues• Responsible for setting supplier expectations, maintaining contract compliance, and tracking performance through indicators and/or reports• Negotiates dock dates of new equipment, upgrade kits, and conversion kits with suppliers in order to meet ramp schedules for Intel’s Assembly/Test and Wafer Fabrication plants • Drives a lead time reduction initiative for supplier-site refurbished equipment by identifying process gaps and working with the supplier and configuration engineers to improve supply chain velocity• On-boarded a new strategic supplier by training the external and internal account teams on business processes and procurement systems in preparation for new tool qualification• Serves as the Commodity Manager for two Assembly Equipment suppliers, partnering with Technology Development to define supplier roadmaps, developing should-cost models, and leading contract negotiations

• Managed contract data integrity within Intel’s system of record, by working with commodity management to validate key terms from strategic supplier’s corporate purchase agreements• Enabled the use of a new procurement system linking POs from SAP directly to Ariba, increasing procurement efficiency by allowing real time access to accurate payment terms• Drove contract optimization benchmark analysis of key commercial terms supporting improved contract and negotiation strategies for current and future agreements
