As the Sr Manager of Global Sourcing I was responsible for driving strategy and delivering top talent for VMware’s Global TA team in all regions (AMER, EMEA, and APAC) and across all business functions (Customer Ops, Business Ops, and R&D/Engineering, Early Career).
