My work spans cyber-physical systems, immersive technologies, and blockchain, creating solutions that are transformative in nature. From architecting one of the world’s fastest blockchain networks to advancing digital identity frameworks and designing groundbreaking humanoid robots, my focus has always been on crafting technology that not only solves problems but redefines what is possible.Key Achievements: ● Led the forefront in Web 3.0 data privacy, pioneering the Self-Sovereign Identity principles, thereby ensuring users have control over their personal data. ● Developed innovative solutions in VR, AI, Blockchain, and Robotics, unlocking novel business opportunities at the convergence of augmented experiences and human-machine interfaces. ● Specialized in creating and implementing intricate system architectures, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation across multiple industries.Academic and Professional Milestones: ● Obtained M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, contributing significantly to humanoid robotics with creations like uBot-5 and uBot-6. ● Co-founded digitROBOTICS, where I collaborated with NASA Johnson Space Center on mobile manipulation software. This work was instrumental in the development of the MIT Media Lab's Nexi Mobile Dexterous Social robot, recognized as one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2008. ● At Rethink Robotics, was awarded two patents supporting the development of Baxter, a collaborative robot enhancing workforce flexibility and named one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2012. ● Recently designed CORO, a collaborative humanoid avatar, integrating advanced technologies in mobility, manipulation, and AI. This project showcased the potential for affordable, high-functioning robotic solutions using 3D printing and readily available hardware.I’m passionate about building globally connected teams, leveraging diverse perspectives to enrich collaboration and drive innovation. With a multidisciplinary background in mechanical and electrical engineering, cognitive science, and computer science, I lead teams towards cutting-edge technological breakthroughs.
