I work with clients and engineers to implement the system, providing guidance and drafting guidance documents for training the system, providing legal subject matter advice for how to best develop the system for use in the legal industry, testing and training the system, and overseeing and managing the work of others who are helping to train the system.

Associate in the Energy and Natural Resources Group, focusing on renewable and alternative energy, commercial transactions, power purchase agreements, and financing agreements. Also worked with non-profits in 501(c)(3) filings, as well as helping various entities with trademark filings.In the Energy and Natural Resources Group, I worked closely with business development and project managers at renewable energy companies to draft and edit their business deals and agreements with their customers or counter-parties to ensure that the agreements accurately reflected the intention of the parties, while also advising on language and concepts to be drafted.

Drafted opinions with respect to various Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters for Judge Carol Doyle. Conducted research for and advised Judge Doyle on decisions with respect to such matters. The major issues involved in these matters included bankruptcy law, commodities and futures liquidation, state contract and property law, fraud, fraudulent and preferential transfers, security interests, mortgages and other liens, and many others.

Editor-in-Chief of the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property, focused on publishing timely articles on a broad range of topics examining the intersection of technology and the law or intellectual property and the law.As Editor-in-Chief, I managed a team of 45 editors to ensure that articles were published on time and with the utmost accuracy, personally reviewing and editing every article and checking citations for accuracy. We successfully published 7 issues over the course of one school year.I also worked closely with the Development Editor to organize a Symposium focused on the way technology is affecting different areas of law, including climate change and environmental law, copyright and the future of the entertainment industry, and technology, government surveillance and the Fourth Amendment. This task required in depth research and reaching out to and coordinating with numerous influential individuals to create a compelling event.
