Independent consulting engagement with UnitedHealthcare (UHC) & UnitedHealth Networks (UHN).Directed the development and implementation of several provider contracting tools designed to provide financial assessments of UHN’s overall provider networks as well as individual provider contracts analysis. Oversaw the integration and development of UHN’s provider reimbursement analysis & reporting capabilities including the development and implementation of hospital and physician fee development & analysis programs.

Overall responsibility for ProMedicus' market and business development activities including development of the Company’s product strategy, business plan & market penetration strategy.
