Direct Ducks Unlimited’s wetland mitigation program primarily in the Northeast, and midwest. Experienced leading multidiscipline teams delivering mitigation programs spanning multi-user bank/ILF and custom single user banks.Working to establish DU's San Francisco Bay Area In Lieu Fee Program, the Long Island In Lieu Fee Program, and supporting our staff to establish programs in other regulatory districts.I'm interested in opportunities to help clients with larger mitigation needs where offsets are tailored to meet regional conservation objectives such as additions to wildlife management areas, protection of critical lands for wildlife, biodiversity, and restoring watershed resiliency while meeting client permit requirements. I hold degrees in environmental science, environmental management and a PhD in conservation biology.
