As a Senior-level Test Analyst, I acted as the Test Lead on major implementations including system integration due to company acquisitions, large-scale platform transitions, establishment of third-party vendor interfaces, and data warehouse restructures. Lead responsibilities included training and mentoring junior testers, requirements review and approval, resource and time estimation, project test status reporting, traceability analysis, defect tracking, root-cause analysis, and project “Go/No Go“ recommendations.
