If we don’t move forward, we move backwards!The world, and us in it, evolve and move all the time so if we stand still, we move backwards. To move forward, we need to focus on improving ourselves, and by that through education. But when the educational institutions don’t move forward to improve the quality of teaching and/or the quality of the student well-being, we end up moving backwards as a society. That is why it is so important to always evolve and move forward, to not be set in old ways or turn a blind eye, but how do we do that? That is the million dollar question! - A possible way is through feedback! Keeping up with the students, there well-being and the whey they perceive the teaching, must be a focus for a number of reasons:- Lowering student dropout rates- Enhancing student well-being through their education- Enhancing the in-class teaching level- Keep teachers reflecting- Identifying at risk students in good time (well-being and dropout wise)I work with an intelligent Student Feedback Platform, combining microsurveys with real-time data analytics, to empower educational institutions to take action. As a former teacher, I have first hand seen the power and the necessity of student feedback, and the power of the feedback data to keep providing the highest quality for students, their lives and their future.
