As Integration Manager, I was driving integration projects such as Boost Availability of spare parts for Export Markets, Integration of Dubai Warehouse in the Supply Chain and participate in various kinds of Logistic Projects. This with the purpose of ensuring process improvements in the local organization and to secure that synergies being captured according to plan.Focus of Integration was shifting at my 2nd year of my assignment and initiated a plan to execute a Change Mgmt Program consisting of Organizational Structure, Strategy and Culture, Reporting and Operational Performance.

Responsible for managing and steering Volvo Parts Turkey, a young and ambitious team of 25 employees, in enhancing productivity, quality and financial performance in the Spare Parts Supply Chain. Volvo Parts Turkey is serving Logistics to Volvo Construction Equipment, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta, Volvo Aero and to Volvo Car as an external Customer for the Turkish market and partially to Central Asia.In this very experiencing 6 years, Dealer Satisfaction improved by 30%, the productivity increased by 70%, Quality errors cut by half, Availability of Spare parts increased from 75% to 90% and the Stock Turn over was raised by 30% in the same time. In 2008, the whole operation moved to a new location. Warehouse and Operational processes were newly defined and this was an enabler for further productivity/quality improvements and for a wider service portfolio to our customers.As the head of Volvo Parts Turkey, I was member of the Mgmt team in the joined company "Volvo Otomotiv Turk", an organization of 200+ employees, to represent Volvo Parts and Volvo Turk's interests. Reporting to the Managing Director of Volvo Otomotiv Turk and the Senior Vice President of Volvo Parts International.
