I am passionate about my work! I know and deeply believe in my abilities to learn new technologies and to continue to improve myself as a person and as a professional. I am deeply committed to helping my company be successful, and help my customers, whether internal or external, be successful. I love to solve problems. I love to figure things out, and it doesn’t matter what technology I have to use to provide the solution. I have created and chaired an Architectural Review Board that is responsible for gathering and reviewing architectural designs. Working with vendors and business owners, I have designed and assisted in the implementation of a new Azure Landing Zone, which incorporates Microsoft's preferred architectural design, including standard naming conventions and tagging standards. I have hosted weekly "Azure Focus" training sessions to collaborate with peers, business owners, and management, which led to my GAP Analysis between Azure Synapse and Snowflake. I'm currently executing a POC to compare on-prem SQL Server to Azure SQL Database to Azure Synapse to Snowflake. Most of all, I have played an vital role in the architectural analysis, design, planning, and now implementation of our on-prem data center move to Azure, which includes hundred of servers and over 600 TB of data in various formats.
