Communication Excellence is key to my work with Interactive Performance Management and is an area on which I speak regularly at networking events and conferences. Often communication is blamed for things not working within organisations, through my talks I help people to recognise that communication is two way and the sender and receiver need to be in synch or at least recognise the issues between them that can lead to mis-communication.I also compere events whether it be business conferences or entertainment events in my local area such as the summer event for Abingdon Town Council "Party in the Park" and "Music in the Park" with 4,000 people attending !
