I ensure system availability and reliability by implementing design changes to enhance resource utilization and capacity for network and telephony systems. I implemented routing and authentication protocols and created status reports. Key Achievements: Developed full physical redundancy through creation of Ether-channels to form logical link using two physical Single-Mode Fiber or Ethernet links. Create and lead execution of configuration, administration, and maintenance strategy for network infrastructure hardware. Led initiative to upgrade iOS on 400 switches and on Cisco Catalyst and FPD. Facilitate training programs for development of skills of Network Administrators. Research and champion system improvements and replacement.

In this role I was responsible for managing the creation of distribution lists, security groups, file shares, DHCP scopes, and group policy objects. I maintained the server updates and patches, migrated server data, and decommissioned legacy servers while avoiding downtime and retaining all data. I administered the services to replicate data between remote and consolidated locations. I managed storage size, limits, and archiving processes. I created scripts to automate database tasks and run queries for internal operations teams.
