- Member of the EMEA management team, heading business development and bridge between Global Market Development and Regional leadership.- Developing Beauty Market Strategy through workshop with all stake-holders. Implementing basic strategy and piloting master-plan of innovation and strategic initiatives ( including a McKinsey wave platform).- Managing product portfolio and operational marketing (3 persons).

Valois France, pump for prestige fragrance and skincare customers ~400 M€ - later integrated into Aptar.- Piloting the WW fragrance prestige marketing plan on a worldwide scope.- Managing fragrance prestige innovation team ( 3 engineers, 1 technician) and a qualitative test specialist.
