Patrick is an experienced IM&T professional, having 48 years experience in both clinical and senior management positions within the National Health Service. He is knowledgeable in both the analysis and development of the business requirements for IM&T strategic planning, as well being practiced in project management methodologies. In addition he has skills in clinical service transformation and relocation having successfully managed informatics component for several clinical service moves. These skills have been acquired and effectively used in managing in a variety of healthcare settings including, acute, community and mental health. Patrick’s clinical skills and his strong strategic and project planning background have combined with effect on a number of projects associated with the procurements, PFI contracts, implementation and evaluation of major clinical and non-clinical IM&T and telecommunications systems and services within the NHS. Patrick also has commercial experience having worked with the Capital Care Alliance (CCA). In this role Patrick contributed to the development of a number of service propositions.
