Hurricane Ian roof aid to those in need. I went to the Ft Myers area for 4 months immediately following the hurricane that devastated the area and went right to work. Our team assisted those that had damage to their roofs and did emergency tarping for the roofs that were still leaking. We had a great group of account managers that I coached and helped in the back office to coordinate the roofs' timing to be completed. This includes payroll, shop pulls, inventory maintenance, scheduling, organizing, and keeping all jobs on track from start to finish. Our permitting team was solid and we assisted so many people in navigating the process of getting a new roof from Hurricane Ian.

I am a part of a great sales team at Stratus roofing in Winter Garden Florida. In 2020 I led the team in sales and look to have over $2,000,000 in sales in 2022. As a Sales Associate, I go to the homes, inspect the roof and home and write up proposals for a reroof, repair, or work with the homeowner if they file an insurance claim. We use Roofsnap, Acculynx, and other software to utilize our CRM to make a smooth process for the homeowner during the roofing process.The great thing about working on the roof is being able to do solar projects with the homeowners. I have done many jobs that incorporate the GAF solar panels called Decotech into their roofing system. This is a great system and I have expanded my solar and battery knowledge for future use moving into 2022.The last great thing about working at Stratus is the general contractor side of the business. This is a great tool for any real estate professional and it has helped me tremendously to understand the real estate world. Some day I hope to become a general contractor to allow for an even more depth of knowledge on large commercial projects and to be able to work with many aspects of the roofing industry.

With a recent opportunity to work at LandQwest I have jumped on board and haven't looked back. The hospitality division is growing and is a great Niche market to expand all across SE United States. Currently covering the entire state of Florida and offering solutions to buy and sell hotels, marinas and vacant land to develop a hotel. From blue water sail boats to more simple center consoles and even beautiful large motor yachts. My goal is to help find the boat that matches the customers needs first, educate them on the buying process and help others fulfill their dreams by making it simple to get that fishing boat, cruiser or yacht. My broker, Boat Max USA, has been instrumental in getting me up to speed on the transition into the yacht and boat sales.As a licensed Captain, past professional Alaskan Fisherman and Scuba Dive Instructor I have the background to help get people the correct knowledge when looking for a boat. With Michigan Brewing Company closing we had numerous customers ask us to open a home brew supply outlet. So we secured LD Carlson as a wholesaler to offer a nice selection of hops, yeast, grains, extracts, pots, car boys and many other products for brewing beer.This retail store was a great outlet for home brewers to get their supplies, talk beer and increase their knowledge of the brewing process. Classes were offered quarterly along with a Lansing's Hopped Home Brew contest, which was nationally recognized through the AHA. Many new and wild beer recipes were developed and brewed at the various festivals that we participated in.

I was an Agent and Registered Representative for New York Life for over 10 years. Besides offering life insurance, I was a Registered Investment Advisor and helped many clients invest with confidence in many different investment vehicles. As an Advisor I also could broker out various lines of insurance and investments. Disability insurance was a specialty of mine.

I worked for Jack's Dive Locker in Kailua-Kona Hawaii as a Scuba Dive Charter Captain up to 100 Tons and as a PADI Dive Instructor. Jack's is the #1 ranked dive shop in the Pacific. I worked with National Geagraphic, Discovery Channel and even shot a pilot called Dive Life. We moved back to Michigan to be close to family and then I came to work for my father who has been with New York Life for 38 years.

I fished with Bob several different seasons and full time as a deck hand. Pot cod, long line halibut, seine herring, drag pollock and flats. We fished all over Kodiak, Seward, Cordova, Mainland, Bering and Togiak. She was a great 58' limit seiner that went on the rocks off Akutan Island in Feb 2009 with all hands saved.
