Greenfield Midstream and Noble Midstream Partners (NBLX) acquired the Saddle Butte oil gathering system in the DJ Basin and formed the Black Diamond JV.Collaborated with NBLX (the operator) to support daily operations and rapid volume growth with a strong focus on safety and environmental / regulatory compliance.Facilitated a deep dive evaluation and implemented change to optimize operating expenses throughout a 2018 post acquisition period. Developed 2019 FY budget cost savings in excess of 20%.Key member of leadership team that led deep dive business analytics - top end revenue and bottom line expense. As a member of the leadership team developed free cash flow and EBITDA targets and evaluated monetization strategies.Supported NBLX executive management to transition engineering and project management during a post-acquisition period of significant capital deployment.Drove best in class project execution cost efficiency and oil gathering / terminal technical designs.12 months post acquisition - the JV increased throughput by 100,000 BPD, expanded the oil gathering footprint by approximately 150 miles of 4”-10” pipeline and added 180,000 BBL’s of terminal capacity.

Project execution management for oil transmission facilities in the Permian Basin and gas gathering systems in the DJ Basin

Responsible for all project engineering, construction and project controls activities for Summit Midstream. Currently executing capital maintenance and growth projects in the Williston Basin in North Dakota; in the Utica and Marcellus Basins in West Virginia and Ohio; the Barnett Shale in the Ft Worth / Dallas area; the Piceance basin in Western Colorado; and the Powder River in Northern Colorado. Coordinate annual growth budgets w/ finance and accounting and collaborate with business development to initiate and execute new growth projects in all areas. Responsible for annual capital budgets in excess of $300MM and for company wide engineering and construction standards. Scope of projects includes a diverse portfolio of water, oil, NGL and natural gas gathering pipeline and facility projects.

Increasing responsibility as Senior Staff Engineer, Manager, Director, Senior Director and then Vice President. Responsibilities included asset optimization, project engineering, project management, operations support, cost estimating and budgeting. Managing Commercial Director for all supply side, business development and marketing activities in CO and WY. Supported gas gathering and natural gas liquids assets located in Wyoming, Colorado, Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico.
