Working at Genplant gave me the experience of working at an energy plant start up. Being a part of the first group of employees and assisting in the company growth is a very rewarding processes. I got to wear multiple hats and everyday your job title changes to support whatever function needs to be completed. I assisted through the process of developing investor relations, assembling multiple teams, and traveling across the united states to meet with customers to develop the best solution to meet their energy needs. I leveraged project management skills and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver three energy plants to our customersI have a passion for turning words into action and optimizing process. I have demonstrated this through delivering results and building effective relationships. My short-term goals are oriented towards building my technical foundation. Long term, I hope to develop the technology that helps shape the world for the future. I am confident I can bring value to all programs and customers which will continue to further company growth.
