Developed the profile of one of the world's most-recognized academic organizations. Worked with scholars, leadership and U.S./Canadian government representatives to deliver strategic communications on new programming including the Post-COVID Challenge and Honouring Nations.

Advocacy, communications, media relations and people leadership at one of Canada's largest Business Improvement Areas (BIAs). I doubled social media KPIs and helped guide Toronto's business district through the onset of COVID-19.

Briefed Minister on key policy decisions including: increasing housing supply, protecting the Greenbelt and phasing out the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). Consulted with stakeholders at town halls, one-on-one meetings and through written communications to develop government policies with public support.

Worked closely with the Minister, Press Secretary and Premier's Office on government-wide communications related to extreme flooding, the housing crisis and requests from local governments.
