Co-founded CentricView to deliver software solutions for the new media industry, with particular focus on technologies to deliver content to multiple interactive platforms.Provided solution design, software delivery, project management, planning services, general consultancy and due diligence to a range of internet and broadcast companies.In-house bespoke systems included XML-based content and layout modelling systems, used for ITN general election, and multi-platform gaming solutions used for five.tv and Mirada plc.

Led a group dedicated to looking at web and interactive TV technologies and designing solutions to fit Flextech TV’s unique position as a multi-channel, platform independent broadcaster, as well as providing EPG solutions for the launch of all cable/satellite platforms in the UK.

Managed a team of 15, delivering a variety of web-based content delivery systems linked with broadcast solutions, including the UK's first ever interactive advertising using Microsoft's WebTV.

Designed and developed electronic document reference suite of software which converted Microsoft documents into WYSIWYG stand-alone executables supporting mark-up and searching for self-contained distribution.

NextBase (bought by Microsoft in 1994) wrote the intelligent road atlas AutoRoute, sold in six languages for Europe and America. Responsible for all Windows versions, advanced routing, database engine and mapping utilities.
