In a fast growing business context, the Coregas Supply Chain department implemented a Sales & Operations Planning organisation in the company. New methods and new organisation focused on customer needs have been set up. My role has also been extended to an active participation in national projects and the development of procurement organisation. I worked in a semiconductor manufacturing floor as a lean manufacturing project manager. At first, it was a process engineering department only project, but I succeed to convince upper management to include all departments in the project. I worked for L’Oreal for 9 months during my master degree. It was a good opportunity to practice my learnings in business environment.
