* President of $200MM business & leadership team responsibility for HR, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Retail Stores, Operations, Warehouse & Distribution* Led 500 full-time and 1,100 part-time employees focused on both wholesale and retail businesses with 40 corporate & 190 franchise Gold Crown stores* Responsibilities included all aspects of Canadian head office in North York, Ontario, adjoining warehouse and separate distribution center in Aurora, Ontario (475K sq. ft. total)* Managed 37K SKUs, $28MM in inventory and shipped 22MM wholesales annually
