- Responsible for the production scheduling of the Sub-Zero family of finished goods across multiple facilities.- Work closely with the Demand Manager by translating SOP, forecast, and capacity planning into an accurate enterprise resource planning (ERP) plan.- Analyze manufacturing capacity, and align to maximize success in meeting and exceeding incoming distributor order expectations. - Maintain a balanced model mix that minimizes product shortages and reduces excess levels of on hand inventories.- Identify areas for process improvements, and create/implement new tools and processes that support improved work flow, accuracy, and efficiency- Work within the customer order management (COM) module. Monitor and maintain finished goods orders by request date, and manage timely communications between the factory and distributors in the form of available to promise (ATP) reports.- Facilitate modifications to existing customer orders and request dates in COM as requested by interfacing with distributors.- Sub-Zero OEM finished goods planning. Manage an efficient level of available inventory, and create purchase orders that satisfy forecast and customer orders.- Work closely with the import and export department to maximize efficient international shipment of ocean containers.- Support new product development and product end of life teams by facilitating the Demand Planning process in ECO management, MAPICS fields, and ensure proper planning visibility.

Responsible for scheduling production departments in the current through 3-4 month timeframe. Monitor and balance capacity, deadlines, and efficiencies. Work closely with estimating, sales, and customers to facilitate loading of production. Produce monthly metrics reports for communicating forecast and capacity data.

Produce all written instructions needed to communicate customer job specifics to internal production departments as well as logistics.Interact on a daily basis with both internal and external customers.
