As international PM it was my responsibility to organise the successful implementation of our LIS DaVinci in the labs of our customers. Using my lab-experience and together with our Clinical Director an analysis is made of the current workflow and improvements are sought using our solution. Specific requirements and interfaces are created by our development team together with the Product Manager with input from our project team. Internship in lab clinical biology at universitairy hospital Ghent:My taks was the validation of all parameters on the Cobas 8000 for routine use. For this we compared Cobas 8000 with Cobas 6000 and Modular PPP from Roche Diagnostics. For this I worked closely together with Application specialists from Roche Diagnostics and received appropriate training for Cobas 8000 as wel. I also did an internship on both bacteriology and hematology for two weeks
