Under Chef Susur Lee, I learned his exceptionally high standards of service and integrated it into my work. Tasked with creating the perfect dining experiences for sometimes V.I.P. guests, I was required to pay close attention to detail and remain extremely organized.

A pillar of the Italian community in Etobicoke, Vibo has served the Kingsway area for more than 50 years. I have enjoyed collaborating on a smaller team and learning traditional European fine dinning. This has been an opportunity to take what I have learned from the high-end downtown restaurant scene and use it in a smaller, more closely acquainted community.

I began here washing dishes during high school until I was given the opportunity to learned how to cook professionally. I knew how to make everything on the menu from scratch and was held to high standards. I would regularly be creating specials for the restaurant, and often left in charge by my chef for the last few hours of service and closing.
