I oversee ISLG's work on the Criminal Justice Investment Initiative (CJII), a $250 million community investment project that has served over 34,000 people to date. This work includes grantee management and nonprofit training and technical assistance. I also oversee a smaller portfolio of work focused on investing in grassroots-led planning to address policy gaps. In this role, I supervise a team, develop proposals and budgets, amplify grantee success stories, and work to sustain and build ISLG's community investment portfolio.

I oversaw the Youth Opportunity Hub program within the Criminal Justice Investment Initiative. In this role, I managed a portfolio of investments in community partnerships focused on improving outcomes for young people in high-poverty neighborhoods in Manhattan.

The Leadership New York (LNY) program is a competitively-selected, rigorous 175+ hour experiential leadership development program for mid-career and early-executive professionals to develop the personal skills, civic knowledge and a multi-sector network to effectively lead change. Coro is NYC’s premier civic leadership training organization and a community of more than 2,500 alumni with a mission to develop NYC leaders so that all individuals, communities and institutions participate in creating an equitable, just and engaged society.

Program officer for three Social Innovation Fund (SIF) programs: Jobs-Plus, WorkAdvance, and Project Rise. Oversee program performance of eleven non-profit program providers in New York City, San Antonio, Cleveland, Tulsa, Newark, and Kansas City. Program oversight includes analysis of quantitative and qualitative outcome data and consistent check-ins with providers to provide support and accountability to help meet program goals. • Facilitated submission of 50 reports to program funders.• Provided program, contracting, and logistical support to start-up of New York City’s Connections to Care SIF-funded mental health initiative.• Coordinated 2014 and 2015 contract continuation process for all SIF programs.• Reviewed and provided detailed feedback on multiple drafts of three MDRC research evaluations of CEO’s SIF programs.• Lead organizer on six major events focused on policy and programming, and played significant planning role in six others.• Facilitated breakout sessions at 2015 and 2016 NYC Employment and Training Coalition Policy and Planning Forums, 2015 National Association of Workforce Boards conference, and 2015 Social Innovation Fund national grantee convening.• Successfully completed CUNY/CEO Managing for Innovation course for program managers.• Supervised CEO graduate student intern.• Coordinated CEO’s submission of multiple proposals to 2015 and 2016 APPAM and RECS conferences.• Member of Mott Haven Choice Neighborhoods Committee on Workforce, Education and Economic Development.
