During his early career in the US, Mr. Chuang worked for several well-known consulting firms including the Viggen Corporation (later acquired by Iteris), Parsons Transportation Group, and DMJM-Harris (now AECOM) on traffic data analysis, signal phasing and timing design, traffic simulation analysis, simulation model development, ITS architecture, system requirements and specification development, advanced traveler information systems, and USDOT research lab support.
